Stayed for 3 days and didn't feel like leaving, I loved the place, it was reasonably clean, and the staff were very friendly; I will definitely be coming back here again.

The rooms were cheap and good sized, equipped with climate control and a writing desk.

The room had a functioning AC, essential in the heat. the location was marvelous and perfect, very close to restaurants, the town center, and the port. - Poza Baltazar was only a 10-15 minutes’ walk away.

Really enjoyed our great-sized rooms, plus the staff was accommodating. Its location was indeed good and only 5 minutes walk from Turtle Island. There was a beach restaurant nearby. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel. Our experience here was good.

The hotel was in a convenient location not far from Isabela Island, fantastic restaurant on on corner for dinner and on the other corner a place for breakfast and Puerto Villamil. Also, it was not too far away from El Tunel del Estero. Loved our stay there and can't wait to go back...

The hotel met every demand. It was immaculately clean. The staff were pleasant. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Marvellous location near the town centre, beach, restaurants, and the Galapagos. I felt safe. I found time to see Pozo Villamil, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

My overall stay here was fantastic during the holiday season. They gave me a super clean and affordable room with AC, WiFi, and even fresh soap! 🌟

I spent 2 days at Hostal Insular and I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect budget hotel for my relaxing and fun getaway in Puerto Villamil. The staff was always friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was excellent, right near the restaurants, the harbor, and the seafront. I also enjoyed the nearby El Velero, which had great drinks.

As adventure travelers, we found Hostal Insular to be the perfect place for our stay in town. It's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the pier and only 5 minutes from the central plaza. the hostel offers a range of amenities such as a large kitchen and open patio area on the third floor, which was great for relaxing and socializing. We also appreciated the free filtered water available for guests. Another perk was the availability of bikes for guests to use, making it easy to explore the area. we found the hostel to be simple but excellent value for the price, especially considering the private bathroom and air-conditioned room.

I had a wonderful stay during the holidays and I'm so glad I chose this place with its great location next to the beach, restaurants, and the Galapagos.
